Pretty impressive video from the GRASP lab of the University of Pennsylvania featuring swarming Nano Quadrotors. On their own they are not that neat, but when they swarm and show complex formations it’s very cool. They can navigate in environments with obstacles. They also came up with a way to transition between formations in 3d. Allowing such things as a moving figure eight.
